FAQ

We currently only accept returns or exchanges for orders within the United States.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund any product in its new, unused condition, and with tags attached, within 30 days after the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. We do not refund shipping costs. 

Any item that has been used will not be eligible for a refund. Arkadia Supply reserves the rights to reject any returns that do not follow our return requirements.

We are committed to only providing you with products and quality we stand behind. However, regardless of how carefully you use your product(s), it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

Our coverage for manufacturing defects is 90 days after the delivery date.

Manufacturing defects claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. In any case that a manufacturing defect claim is approved, a replacement item will be issued.

Arkadia Supply Co. does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear.

You may refund or exchange any product in its new, unused condition, with original packaging, within 30 days after the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. We do not refund shipping costs and will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse.

For exchanges, we will cover shipping costs to ship the new item(s) to you if you live within the US.

Please send us the tracking number after you have shipped your return.


Refunds will be issued via PayPal only.

Arkadia Supply reserves the rights to reject any returns that do not follow our return requirements.

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shopify Pay, and Visa.

Standard shipping within North America typically takes 3-10 business days.

After you make a purchase, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. Once your item(s) have left our warehouse, we will send you another e-mail with a tracking link so you can see where your package is every step of the way.

Arkadia does not cover duties that may be incurred upon delivery of your shipment. This is determined by your own country's customs and is your responsibility.

We recommend washing Arkadia Supply products with warm water by hand only. 

Try flipping your backpack inside out so all the straps are inside before fitting it back into the pouch.
